Love of her life (and food) writes: Sophie is an amazing cook! The way she whips up a quick meal, apologizes for the fact she didn't prepare better - and then totally amazes us, is utterly astonishing.
I have been married to Sophie for 16 years now, and in that time I don't think I have had the same meal more than twice!
Not only is she a wonderful cook, she has a terrific personality that will win you right over!
