Caramel Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
5 tablespoons light brown sugar
5 tblsp butter
3 tblsp milk or evaporated milk
Chopped nuts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a heavy based saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil rapidly for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
If using add the nuts and stir in.
Your sauce is ready to serve on cakes, ice cream, whatever you like!
Add the nuts at the end, if using.
