Fruit Crumble

INGREDIENTS:
300g flour 200g sugar 100g butter 500g-1kg fruit ie. Sliced apples, rhubarb, tin peaches, berries

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the butter into the flour, with your finger tips, to make chunky crumbs. Fold in the sugar and tip over prepared fruit. Bake in the oven, 190 C, for 30 mins till golden.
