Picnic wraps

INGREDIENTS:
Pack of 8 tortillas
1 small tin black olives
1 sachet dip mix of choice
5 spring onions
400 g cream cheese
3 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
squeeze of lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the soy, honey and lemon in a bowl.
Coat the chicken with mixture and cook over high heat till cooked through.
Mix the dip mix into the cream cheese, and spread some over each tortilla.
Sprinkle over other ingredients, sharing equally between the tortillas.
Roll up tightly and place in dish covered with plastic wrap till needed.
The longer they refrigerate the better.
Serve cut in half or bite size pieces.
