Orange Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:
Up to 6 pork chops
1 tblsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
125ml sugar
1 orange
1 tblsp cornflour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
250ml orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS:
Sprinkle meat with seasoning and fry in grill pan.Not too long on each side otherwise they will be dry
Meanwhile grate the rind from the orange then peel it and cut into 6 slices.
In a small saucepan combine rind, sugar, cornflour, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
Stir in juice and slowly bring to the boil till thickened.
Add orange pieces and pour over the cooked chops. Serve with potatoes or rice and vegies of choice.
