Tortellini Alfredo with proscuitto and artichoke
INGREDIENTS:
500g tortellini 250ml cream or creme fraiche 50g freshly grated parmesan cheese 3 strips proscuitto or bacon, chopped 3 marinated artichoke hearts 1 chicken breast 1 red pepper, chopped broccoli florets, cooked seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the cream in a pan on a low heat gradually sprinkle in cheese stirring constantly until slightly thickened and a nice consistency, simmer for 10 mins Add the other ingredients stirring occasionally, cook for 5 mins. Meanwhile cook the tortellini according to instructions on the packet Mix together and serve immediatly.
