White Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
50g butter
2 level tbsp flour
0,5 litre milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the butter in a heavy based saucepan.
Add flour, whisking all the time.
Gradually add the milk and whisk till all the lumps are gone.
Stir with a wooden spoon until the sauce thickens.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
