Pesto Torte
INGREDIENTS:
2x250g cream cheese 250g feta cheese 2 garlic cloves crushes 4 tsp. chopped oregano or cilantro pinch ground pepper 1/4 cup basil pesto 1/2 cup dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients until smooth Fill a plastic lined loaf tin, cover and chill for 8 hours Invert onto plate and garnish with afew slices of dried tomato Serve with french bread slices or crackers
